The weather in Kansas is famous for being very changeable. I remember one month in particular not long ago. I had recorded the following data in my personal diary:
There were 9 days of rain. Of the remaining days, two-fifths were sunny, one-fourth were cloudy, and it snowed the other 7 days. Yes, that certainly sounds like Kansas. But I forgot to indicate the month involved. What month was it?
